She has over 17 years of experience in international fiduciary business, focusing on global legal and regulatory developments affecting major clients segments, from private clients to multinational companies,

She heads the commercial development, implementation and execution of the Automatic Exchange of information regimes.

Prior to joining TMF Group, Leila held various managerial positions within the CITCO Corporate & Trust division. She has lived in South, Central and North America, and in different countries within Europe. She is fluent in several languages and is a frequent speaker at diverse panels ranging from the International Bar Association, IBC Informa Plc, Academy and Finance, International Tax Review and others.

Robin Yoo

Robin Yoo is Director and Deputy Head of Corporate Secretarial of TMF Singapore. He has 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial industry.

Prior to joining TMF Group, Robin was the Head of the Corporate Services in Aspire CS Pte. Ltd. (a wholly-owned  subsidiary  of  BoardRoom  Limited, listed  on  the  Mainboard  of  the  Singapore  Exchange). He was also the Head of Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow’s corporate secretarial department (a joint venture between Baker & McKenzie LLP and a local law firm).

Robin is a Chartered Secretary and an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore as well as the Singapore Institute of Directors. He holds a practising certificate as a company secretary for listed companies on the Singapore Exchange. He also holds a MBA awarded by Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom.

In his professional practice, Robin has been involved in industries including banking, food & beverages, commodities, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, property logistics, armed ballistic training fabrication, mining and power cogeneration etc..
