Antoine Candiotti

Chief Executive

CA Indosuez Wealth Management

Re-appointed to the role in March 2015, Antoine Candiotti manages and oversees the development of the bank’s wealth management activities in Hong Kong. With his keen understanding of UHNWI needs and key insights on building solid and longenduring relationships, Antoine is responsible for leading the bank’s business growth, and for spearheading the Bank’s expansion in North Asia. Antoine is one of the banks’ main leaders and spokespersons in Asia.

Antoine has a wealth of experience and an impressive track record in the industry, which spans three decades on three continents. He first started his career in Investment and Corporate Banking in Switzerland, and later on moved to Private Banking. In this period, he served 15 years as Chief Executive of Indosuez Wealth Management entities in Singapore, Hong Kong and the Americas.

Antoine was already Chief Executive of the Bank’s Hong Kong Branch from 2005 to 2010.

From 2003 to 2005, he was Managing Director, Head of Private Banking Asia, in Singapore for Crédit Lyonnais Suisse. He set up the Branch and was responsible for the commercial development of the Private Banking teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Jaye Chiu

Jaye Chiu is the regional head of investment for Bank of Montreal (BMO) Private Bank in Asia. In this role, he has overall leadership and governance responsibilities for the full suite of discretionary and advisory investment solutions provided to high net worth clients of BMO Private Bank in Hong Kong and Singapore booking centers. The regional investment team provides trading, discretionary portfolio management and investment advisory services across equities, fixed income & rates, foreign exchange, commodities, mutual funds, alternative investments and structured products.

Before joining BMO, Jaye was the Senior Managing Director, Head of Investment Hong Kong at EFG Bank AG. In this role, Jaye led the Investment Department that consisted of investment counselors, asset-class advisors, due diligence specialists and security traders. Prior to EFG, Jaye was the Head of Profiled & Fund Mandates, Asia for BNP Paribas Wealth Management. Jaye also held other previous roles in HSBC Private Bank and UBS Wealth Management.

Jaye graduated with honors from Tepper School of Business - Carnegie Mellon University in the United States. Based in Hong Kong since 2004, Jaye is a regular speaker at financial industry conferences and is a judge for various awards within the industry in Asia.

Joffrey Desrousseaux

Joffrey Desrousseaux - Executive Director, head of Capital Market Products & Execution for DBS Bank Hong Kong Wealth Management.

Prior to this role, Joffrey started his career as a Quantitative Analyst, and successively held positions as Interest Rates Trader, Structurer in CIC Singapore, then moved to UBS Wealth Management where he oversaw the Fixed Income Sales & Advisory platform in Asia. After 16 years in Asia, Joffrey eventually joined DBS Product Solutions team in 2015 to head the Fixed Income Currency and Commodities, to later become head of Capital Market Products & Execution for DBS Bank Hong Kong in 2017.

Joffrey holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, France.

Anup is the head of sales APAC at Vontobel Financial Products (Asia-Pacific). Anup is responsible for Vontobel's advisory business that includes delta 1 and asymmetric products and solutions to clients. Anup and his team structure innovative and bespoke financial instruments to address the needs of the private banking and independent asset manager client base in Asia. Anup has over 18 years of industry experience, including 10 years at Barclays Capital in London and Singapore across multiple senior sales roles, most recently as head of e-trading sales for structured products in Asia. He has led various industry initiatives regarding automation in structured products and is considered a thought leader in this space. He holds a bachelor of engineering degree from PEC, India, and an MBA (finance and strategy) from London Business School.

Kwan Chi Man

Mr Kwan Chi Man is the founder and CEO of Raffles Family Office (RFO). He founded Raffles Capital Holdings in December 2014, and later led the company to expand and include Raffles Assets Management and Raffles Properties.

Mr Kwan is responsible for corporate governance, management and strategic planning of RFO. He has an extensive banking background with over 15 years of banking and management experience in various international financial institutions. 

Prior to joining RFO, he was a private banker at BNP Paribas.

Mr Kwan holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Management from Lancaster University.

Long Lee is the CEO of Vontobel Limited, Hong Kong and Head Financial Products for APAC. Long joined Vontobel in February 2018, having most recently served as CEO of Leonteq Securities Hong Kong. Long has over 15 years of experience in derivatives trading and sales and has led senior management teams that advised institutional investors, private banks, family offices and financial intermediaries in Greater China, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea. Long’s focus at Vontobel is to develop and expand the structured products business across key markets in APAC

His past experience includes working as trader at Bank of China International and BBVA, among other institutions.

Long holds degrees in Economics and Statistics from Berkeley and Harvard respectively.

Jean-Louis Nakamura

Lombard Odier

Jean-Louis Nakamura is the Chief Investment Officer, Asia Pacific and Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong for Lombard Odier group.

Jean-Louis joined Lombard Odier in March 2008 to head the executive board of the Paris office. In late 2008, he was transferred to Geneva as Head of Quantitative & Overlay Management Team. He was appointed Deputy Global CIO in June 2012 and CIO, Asia Pacific in January 2014.

Prior to joining Lombard Odier, Jean-Louis was CEO of the French Civil Service Pension Fund (ERAFP) after having spent five years as CIO of the French Pensions Reserve Fund (FRR).  Previously, he was Head of International Forecast and Macro Analysis at Ministry of Economy & Finance, France from 2001-2003 and as a financial expert covering euro related issues and banking and insurance industry for the European Council from 1999-2001. Jean-Louis began his career in 1995 as an economist at the French Ministry of Finance.

Jean-Louis graduated from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration in 1995 and from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in 1991.

Roger Struder

Mr Roger Studer is Head of Vontobel Investment Banking and Member of Vontobel’s Group Executive Board. Mr Studer, who started his career at Vontobel in 1984, was appointed Head of Warrants and Options Trading in 1992 and Head of Market Making Derivative Products in 1995. In 1997, Mr Studer was Head of Private Clients Austria of DG Bank AG (Switzerland), Head of Quantitative Asset Allocation of Rentenanstalt/Swiss Life in 1999 and Head of Portfolio Management and Research of ABN AMRO Bank AG (Switzerland) until 2000. In 2001, Mr Studer was appointed by Vontobel as Head of Risk Management and Development of Derivative Products and Head of Financial Products in 2003. In 2008, Mr Studer was appointed Head of Vontobel Investment Banking and joined the Group Executive Board of Vontobel. He serves as Vice President of the European Structured Investment Products Association (Eusipa) in Brussels, Belgium. Mr Studer holds an MBA from Rochester-Berne and is Swiss Certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager (CI A), Swiss Certified Expert in Finance and Investments (CIWM).

Derrick Tan

Derrick Tan is Chief Executive, Hong Kong Branch and Global Market Head, Greater China and North Asia for Bank of Singapore.


As the Global Market Head, he is responsible for driving growth in Greater China and North Asia, as well as for expanding Bank of Singapore’s presence through collaborative partners OCBC Wing Hang Bank, OCBC Wing Hang China and Bank of Ningbo in Greater China.

Derrick, who has close to 20 years of banking experience, joined Bank of Singapore in 2010 and rose through the ranks to become the Global Market Head for Malaysia, Brunei, Japan, Sub-Continent and Middle East in 2015. He was instrumental in establishing the Bank’s market-leading position in the Middle East region, which culminated in the setting up of the bank’s branch in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in February 2017.


Before joining Bank of Singapore, he held positions in UBS AG where he was the Executive Director and Desk Head of the Indonesia market from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, he was responsible for HSBC’s offshore International Banking Centre.


Derrick holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Curtin University of Technology. He also graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Programme in 2013.

Georg von Wattenwyl

Georg von Wattenwyl has been at Vontobel since 1998. As head of financial products advisory and distribution since 2007, he is responsible for the global sales of Vontobel's financial products and has been jointly responsible for the development of and trading in derivative products from the outset. Today, Vontobel structured products are distributed in Switzerland, Germany and the UK as well as beyond the continental boundaries in Singapore and Dubai.

Before joining Vontobel, Georg held several positions at Credit Suisse where he worked as a fixed income specialist for several years. He is certified banking expert and graduated from the executive programme of the Swiss Banking School and the international executive programme of INSEAD in both Fontainebleau (France) and Singapore. Since October 2010, he has been a committee member of the Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA) and was appointed vice president in September 2011. He was subsequently appointed president of the SSPA in October 2014.
