Leila is an Argentine qualified lawyer and currently the Global Head of Compliance and Strategic Regulatory Services of TMF Group.
She has over 17 years of experience in international fiduciary business, focusing on global legal and regulatory developments affecting major clients segments, from private clients to multinational companies,
She heads the commercial development, implementation and execution of the Automatic Exchange of information regimes.
Prior to joining TMF Group, Leila held various managerial positions within the CITCO Corporate & Trust division. She has lived in South, Central and North America, and in different countries within Europe. She is fluent in several languages and is a frequent speaker at diverse panels ranging from the International Bar Association, IBC Informa Plc, Academy and Finance, International Tax Review and others.

Robin Yoo
Director, Deputy Head Corporate Secretarial

Robin Yoo is Director and Deputy Head of Corporate Secretarial of TMF Singapore. He has 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial industry.
Prior to joining TMF Group, Robin was the Head of the Corporate Services in Aspire CS Pte. Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of BoardRoom Limited, listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange). He was also the Head of Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow’s corporate secretarial department (a joint venture between Baker & McKenzie LLP and a local law firm).
Robin is a Chartered Secretary and an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore as well as the Singapore Institute of Directors. He holds a practising certificate as a company secretary for listed companies on the Singapore Exchange. He also holds a MBA awarded by Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom.
In his professional practice, Robin has been involved in industries including banking, food & beverages, commodities, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, property logistics, armed ballistic training fabrication, mining and power cogeneration etc..

Leon Mao

Leon Mao serves as Head of Family Business and Wealth Solutions, based in TMF's Hong Kong Office. With a focus on servicing leading clients throughout East Asia, the office provides solutions including wealth planning, structured companies, trusts and foundations and regulatory compliance.
Educated in the West, Leon earned undergraduate and master degrees in international politics and law. Always based in Hong Kong, China, he has 25 years' experience in providing solutions to private and corporate clients.
In regard to onshore jurisdictions, Leon is admitted in England and Wales, and Australia. In relation to offshore jurisdictions, he has legal admission and/or extensive practical experience in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bermuda.

Previously, he spent five years in Brussels writing about the European Union’s financial services sector and competition policy and a number of years as Africa editor for a news service covering post-conflict restitution around the world.

Narayanan Somasundaram is the Hong Kong Bureau Chief for Risk.net. He has been a journalist for more than 15 years, with his career spanning news and features for two of the world's largest news organisations - Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg.
Narayanan led coverage of Australian financial services, regulation and the frothy real estate market with a series of features that underscored the build-up of risk in the nation's property market. He has also had stints as a mergers and acquisitions reporter both in Mumbai and Sydney and as a foreign exchange and bonds reporter in Sydney, where he kicked off coverage of global markets amid Brexit and the shock US election win for Donald Trump.
