Julia Leong

Partner, risk, regulations and Compliance

PwC Singapore

Julia is a partner with PwC Singapore in the Risk Services practice. She has over 23 years of risk, regulatory and transformation advisory experience and her key focus areas include complex, large-scale functional, regulatory change and digital transformation programmes in the financial services, education and logistics sectors. 

Within PwC, she has held several leadership roles in different practice areas, including Transformation Services leader, Banking Governance, Risk and Controls leader and regional key client partner for a global bank. Outside of client work, Julia is active in giving back with board directorship and mentoring. She currently sits on the boards of ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, Building Construction Authority and the Singapore Sports School. She is an active mentor with Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub.
Julia graduated with Honours from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She is a fellow with the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, certified change management practitioner and a certified Internal Auditor.
